I do not actually have to do any of this.
I do not have to carry the weight of all of the trying to interpret, trying to understand, trying to contextualise.
I do not have to carry the weight of shame for having unfortunate inconvenient feelings, wishing I didn’t and trying hard to not have them.
I could just let go.
